- Promoting the efficient use of natural resources, the efficient consumption of energy, and the measurement and reduction of the carbon footprint.
- Ensuring the security of the organization’s and clients’ information through highly secure facilities, preventing and detecting malicious software, and establishing information security agreements and policies for employees, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- The General Manager ensures the availability of resources to achieve the IMS objectives and goals and that design activities consider IMS performance.
- Paying close attention to technological developments and potential acquisitions of new technologies that positively impact IMS performance.
- Training and raising awareness among organization staff on customer satisfaction, environmental performance, energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and information security through the establishment of training plans, including contractors and suppliers when applicable.
